• Origin Live zirconia can be

millied for both (A) substructures or (B) full contour applications in one disc.

• This is due to the fact that the

material has both high translucency capability and high green body strength.

• Very thin margins can be milled

without having to worry about chipping or cracks.

• Coping-to-coping nesting can be

successfully done even between thin copings due to the high strength green body characteristics.

• Green body (unsintered)

zirconia margins can be milled as thin as 0.40 – 0.45mm as long as the milling machine is in good calibration.

• After sintering, the margin

thickness can be about 0.30 – 0.35 mm based on the material’s average shrinkage of about 18%.

• Origin Live zirconia can be

millied for both (A) substructures or (B) full contour applications in one disc.

• This is due to the fact that the

material has both high translucency capability and high green body strength.

• New and improved SLD

(Sequential Liquid Deposit) processing enables Origin Live Plus zirconia to attain the highest translucency.

• For detailed information on

translucency test result please see our publication on the comparison test of 8 commercially available zirconia types.
